Also helped us learn how many health/boost/armor items we needed if we were to engage in a real human showdown at the end.
We all started to learn which guns we could control best, which we liked/didn't like etc.ģ) BOTs also act as mini loot drops as we headed further into the game.if we killed some BOTs, we could grab their armor, health, boosts that we might not have had as we headed into the final 20 remaining players (mostly all humans).so it helped us gear up a bit before the real challenge. Yes, we would get surprised by BOTs out of nowhere in the first half of the game.but since they aren't that skilled, we could all have target practice, recoil control practice, peeking practice, nading practice etc.all while in the confines of a real match (Training Mode doesn't give you that type of experience!!!!). Obviously if we won a match and didnt kill any humans, yes that was a bummer.but generally the final stages of every match would be all humans.Ģ) BOTS helped us improve our weapon skills, and learn the multitude of weapon add-ons. We could go to PUBG Lookup after a win and see how many humans we killed, and it was a sense of pride. And best of all.after having the "warm-up" period of BOT killing and map maneuvering for first 3/4 of the match.we would get to engage with real players to win the Chicken Dinner.which made it satisfying if we did actually win. Familiarized ourselves with different areas, learned how different drop zones had different quantity/quality of loot, learned how the bluezone worked, vehicles worked etc.We could focus on all those things without worrying that we'd all just get destroyed within the first 5-10 mins of the game. Generally, it would mostly be all the humans as the final remaining players.so having BOTS around in the first 3/4 of the match helped in a few ways.ġ) We got to learn all the maps without getting wiped by humans too early.
